Black and White Chocolate Bunnies

INGREDIENTS 5 oz cacao butter 5 oz cacao powder 2 tbsp maple syrup, at room temperature 1/4 cup coconut butter, soft 24 (1 inch ish) bunny molds   DIRECTIONS Spoon a small about of coconut butter into each mold and place in freezer Meanwhile in a double boiler (my version - glass bowl on top of pot with about 2 inches hot water in it) melt cacao butter over pretty low heat. Stirring often Add in cacao butter, stirring constantly to incorporate completely. Make sure you this over very low heat. Sweeten to your liking.
